Contacted Phil about 3 weeks ago to schedule an appointment.Phil stated real busy .He is booking 3 weeks in advance.Appt made for the 23Nov 9am.Phil gave me a price of 110.00 plus tax which I agreed to.Phil attended as scheduled got right to work on the fireplace explaining everything that he was doing.A little under 2hrs later a completley cleaned and perfectly functioning gas fireplace.Awesome job by an awesome guy with what i think was an amazingly fair price.No wonder you are so busy Phil. Thankyou so much.
