Grandcor renovated our kitchen, removed all existing hardwood floor, baseboards, doors and trim and replaced with new and painted the entire house. They were on time everyday! They worked with us to accommodate some changes as we progressed, and when we ran into some challenges they were very good to work with to resolve. The house looks great and we are very happy with the outcome.

Grandcor has done three major renovations for us. They finished our basement, gutted and re-insulated the second floor and replaced the ceiling and re-insulated on the main floor also. Basically they rebuilt our house from the inside out over a period of about 2.5 years. Throughout, we found them helpful, professional and lovely to deal with. After pulling our hair out with professional designers to come up with a workable design for the basement refinishing, Mario simply walked around the basement with us and we sketched out a floor plan on the spot. Impressive!

We purchased Ikea cabinets. They brought our kitchen right down to the studs. Amazing detailed work and also provided some great ideas that didn't cost us extra!
