Clean and Clear Property Cleaning Services

I hired Clean and Clear to do a thorough cleaning of my mother's home while she was away for funeral. I explicitly told the representative, who was friendly and always replied to email, what I wanted done which was a deep cleaning of the entire home, including the kitchen applicances and steam cleaning of the upholstery and couches. I received an excellent quote so I went ahead with the project. The price was too good to be true and I should have realized that. They came to clean on a Monday. I went to inspect the home and the deep cleaning was terribly done (eg. they didn't touch the interior or exterior of stove) and no steam cleaning occured. I emailed the rep to see if the cleaners were coming back to complete the work. Even he thought perhaps they went for a break. Turns out they said they were done. The rep was extremely apologetic, offered a discount and promised to have a different crew do the job the next day. I returned the following day to see the job they had done. They certainly did a better job than the first crew but still it was the deep cleaning I paid for (eg windows still dirty/light switch not touched) and again no steam cleaning. I took pictures of the couches and area rug before and after. No change. I sent the pictures to the rep who could not believe what he saw. He said his cleaners did the best they could and the work was done. This was clearly not the case as evidenced by the pictures. I told him I did not want his crew to come back and I would hire a different company to do the steam cleaning. He agreed, was apologetic, and gave a further discount. For that reason alone I am giving 2 stars instead of zero. The reviews here seem great for the outdoor cleaning of eavestroughs and the like. Clearly this company does not know how to clean the interior of homes yet. I most certainly would not recommend this company for home cleaning.

I was very pleased with the services received from Clean and Clear. The 2 gentlemen were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend their services. I have used other companies in the past and Clean and Clear has been the best so far.

We usually clean our own eaves troughs but had not been able to get up to the 2nd story for a couple of years. Our eaves trough was full, all manor of weeds and small trees were sprouting. Each rainfall we would have overflow of rain that flowed like a waterfall. We posted the job to HomeStars and almost instantly got a reply from Isaac and Peter. Their replies were quick and included a quote. We did get quotes from 3 other companies, but Isaac was responsive and quoted a reasonable price. We did read all of the other reviews of the company and noted the 1 bad review. Truthfully their response to that individual was what convinced me to speak with them. After a few qualifications back and forth with Isaac and his partner we arrived at a price and time for the work to be done.
Isaac managed to squeeze us into their schedule for the next day. He and Simon showed up pretty much on time and began work. They went above and beyond in clearing out our troughs. As he had agreed they cleaned by hand and used buckets to transport the debris down to bags for removal. It was an extremely hot day and the buckets of debris were very heavy, but Isaac and Simon worked with no complaints. Everything was kept clean and debris was collected and left in bags where we asked it to be left.
Isaac was a pleasure to meet and work with and he ensured we were satisfied with the job and gave recommendations for other services we were inquiring about.
They gave excellent service and were very professional and respectful of our home. We have worked with other cleaning companies that I would not recommend. We highly recommend this company to everyone. I don’t think you can go wrong with hiring them to complete any job beyond your expectations.
They are extremely hard working and once an agreement is made they more then fulfill there part. Only wish the company had more services we currently need as these guys were easy to work with and nice people.

I just had my deck cleaned and stained. The company I chose was "Clean and Clear Property Cleaning Services" and I am really glad I did. They gave excellent service. I had done this a couple of times myself and trust me it is not an easy job. Plus I put way too much stain on in several spots therefore making it much harder to strip. The person that I dealt with is Peter. He is very friendly and extremely hard working. Unfortunately the job was harder than we thought it would be. The power washing was not enough and he had to use a stripper and then the sander. When I hired them I had mentioned that I needed it done by a certain date as I have company arriving from England on the 4th of July. Because of rain delays it didn't look like he would made it but he worked the whole long weekend including Monday. He went above and beyond what I was expecting an I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Very professionally done and the cleaners went above and beyond to do the job right

I'm not pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. I checked multiple times of what would be included and inspite of that
- Fridge was clean but not the Freezer
- Ceilings remained dusty with cobwebs
- Floors still had debris
- There were hair strands / dust balls in corners.

I understand cleaning isn't easy for 1 person to do, however they get only the 1 Star as Isaac was friendly and responsive until I shared that the job was not done well enough and I was then ghosted. It was 100% my mistake for paying before checking, I did think it was fair for anyone to wait to get paid at the same time I mistakenly hoped integrity would go both ways.

Clean & Clear Property Cleaning Services worked efficiently to help us get our windows cleaned. They were very professional & polite. They also did an amazing job and kept me in the loop as to when they were coming to our place.

I contacted Peter regarding power washing two levels of decks. He gave me a quote over the phone and we arranged a date and time to do the job.
Peter arrived punctually and immediately set to work. My decks were badly in need of cleaning and Peter took the time to do such a thorough job. He recognized that some parts of the fencing were in bad shape and cleaned those parts by hand to avoid further damage, which I appreciated. He also cleaned a patch of concrete located next to the deck, which he was not obliged to do but kindly did.
My decks looked great when he was done. I have hundred-year-old oak trees whose leaves left indelible stains but I couldn’t have been happier with the result.
In short, Peter was reliable, friendly and most thorough with his work. He is also insured while at work, which is very good to know.
Before leaving, Peter advised me what products I should use and what I needed to do in order to help preserve the wood on my decks.
I highly recommend him.

Did a thorough analysis of actionable steps to keep my gutter system healthy. The company provides honest, enthusiastic, and reasonably-priced approach. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Isaac, part-owner, is a solid guy who valued my satisfaction, time and money. This young man came to my home at 6:30pm on a Friday across town an hour away grinding at his trade with Joseph, his backup, when most guys his age are getting ready to party. He is committed to his business and I would call him twice a year for cleanup moving forward.
