I'm not pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. I checked multiple times of what would be included and inspite of that - Fridge was clean but not the Freezer - Ceilings remained dusty with cobwebs - Floors still had debris - There were hair strands / dust balls in corners. I understand cleaning isn't easy for 1 person to do, however they get only the 1 Star as Isaac was friendly and responsive until I shared that the job was not done well enough and I was then ghosted. It was 100% my mistake for paying before checking, I did think it was fair for anyone to wait to get paid at the same time I mistakenly hoped integrity would go both ways.
