Almost a month after this company claimed to have "finished" a complete bathroom renovation, we still have a bathtub that does not function because the spout – hurriedly installed on the final day of work - continually falls off when the taps are turned on. The shower head sprays sideways and upwards because it was never properly screwed on or taped. The new bathtub itself has an impact crack caused by the company and never reported to us. The tub caulking is ragged and patchy, the new toilet rocks back and forth on its flange, and the toilet paper holder is rotating on the wall. The window and vent fan are coated with dry wall dust and construction debris. On one wall, the subway tiles are crooked and, while on two of the walls the rows of tiles run to the ceiling, on the third wall they stop more than half an inch from the ceiling.

The company still has not taken any steps, including contacting us, to address the issues or apologize for the inferior work. We have had to hire a competent contractor to repair the problems.

Ultimately, Peterborough Handyman Services cannot be trusted for good and professional work. Avoid this company if you want quality, attention to detail and good customer service.

They removed my old kitchen floors and backsplash. Then they installed new vinyl floors and tile backsplash. It looks just awesome. great communication, punctual, amazing work. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
