Ez Fix Appliance Repair

The gentleman that came to my house (Edward), was very courteous, kind, informative, honest and fair. He looked at my washing machine (It would turn on, but won't run any cycle), and thought it might be the door sensor. He said he will get the parts and was always in constant contact with me throughout the day.

He eventually arrived, tried to replace the new door sensor, and realized, the problem with my washing machine is the circuit board. He honestly told me that it is better to just replace the whole machine than to fix it (Which I agreed it made more sense).

I really appreciated him taking the time to try and fix it and make time for me on his busy schedule...he even wanted to refund me the money for the service he provided because he couldn't fix my washing machine, which I politely declined (It was only fair to him).

Would I recommend this company? Wholeheartedly, yes! Hopefully no other appliances break in my house, but if it ever does, I would gladly give these people a shout!
