Evolving Group

very unhappy with the service provided by this company. i was essentially forced to take down my previous HONEST review - in which i explained my experience - by the owner of the company. The "completion" of my job took MONTHS when i was told it would only take a few days. I understood at the beginning the delay, but once January came around (they started December), it no longer made any sense. They would go completely MIA for days and I would have to continuously call and message to inquire when they will return to finish the job. when my lights were FINALLY installed I had a different number of lights on my invoice than what i was told, after explaining that to the owner and how much money I am supposed to be returned, he kept ignoring it. I have reached out numerous times to the owner regarding the UNCOMPLETED job as well as my refund. The time I finally got a response from him was when he noticed my review which is PATHETIC. Long story short, very negative experience with this company.

Got RGB pot lights installed outside our home. Hard working crew. Job came out nicely done. They cleaned up all the mess when they were done. They did what they agreed to do.

Got 4 security camera install for this company and does work since August today still calling Jason each week to fix it , when we got the cameras he promised yes we can see it on the phone that's was the reason of installing camera..he pass he on to someone else over one month now that guy is busy. Calling Jason still cameras cannot be fix .The cameras colors keep changing and cameras keep freezing up. I think Jason is just and installers and does not any thing more about cameras if i know that i would have never spend 1900$ for 4 cameras that does not work. Would have choose company who know about camera not this company .

wanted to install potlights ,l talked Jason , what a great experience , he came over helped me with picking the LED pot lights ,help with the designing the layout , he was fast ,very knowledgeable answer every question l had ,cleaned up after he was finished , and to top it off the prices were very good , i wouldn't hesitate to call him again ,

We were looking for a contractor to do some lighting at our home inside and outside, we met with a representative of Evolving Group who came to our home and gave us a clear understanding of what would be needed to do the work, we decided to go with Evolving And we have no regrets and would recommend to others.

Evolving Group came to my home and met with us first to decide the placement of our lights, they went through all the steps needed for our project, as well as explained how the process would work. My wife and I really appreciated that Jason explained to us that having such a job done can cause some emotional responses, but explained that in the end there would be smiles. He was right we enjoyed the service and will enjoy our bight home for many years to come.
