After Papa Grant Mechanical installed a new hot water tank, we later realized that the in floor heating was not working. It had been working previously. I phoned Cary to come by to see what was wrong with it. He said that he could not come by that week, but referred us to another plumber to look at it. After the plumber looked at the lines, he "found that the supply and return were crossed". He then cut the lines and "corrected it". After complaining to Papa Grant that the installation work was not done properly, Papa Grant refused to honor the written 1 year labor warranty.
