Cold Springs Contracting

If you live in the Durham Region or further east and are planning to do a reno you should consider Cold Springs. Eric is knowledgeable, friendly and gets the job done quickly. He's also got a great eye for detail and design.
We had a minor water leak in our basement while he was here. Eric jumped in, pulled a wall down and diagnosed our problem for us.
We would highly recommend Cold Springs and plan to use them again for other projects.

For years we wanted to renovate our main floor and we finally have our dream kitchen and warm living space. Eric has a great design sense and his recommendations were spot on - from cabinets to counter top and flooring to an updated fireplace. Our kitchen (above the garage) was freezing cold, and our sink pipes froze in the winter. Eric from Cold Springs Contracting took down a few sections of drywall and was able to diagnose the problem as multiple areas with voids in the insulation and an inadequate amount of insulation around our pipes. While removing the drywall and existing foam, Eric identified three drain pipe leaks and repaired them for free. He arranged for a spray foam company to apply a higher quality foam. Eric did a great job finishing the drywall and built fantastic storage shelves. Our house is much warmer and the shelves have finally made our garage functional. Thank you Cold Springs Contracting.
