Nick's Developments

I hired Nick and his team after interviewing 6 different companies. First, Nick provided a thorough quote which specified the various steps and materials he was providing. So, there would be no surprises. 2nd, as a general construction company, he could complete all the exterior work I needed done. So, instead of working with multiple companies, I could work with one that had professionals associated with various trades. Nick and his team had challenges with my 100+ year old house but they overcame them. Nick constantly communicated with me, showing me unexpected conditions that were only observable after he removed the old material. He made recommendations on how to fix them and was VERY fair when additional costs were necessary. There are always unexpected conditions when you renovate. When you find a contractor who works fairly with you, charges you fairly, and fixes the problems, you are fortunate. Nick and his team were professionals, who did a great job, and did so very fairly. I would absolutely recommend them. I have already, to my neighbours. Thanks Nick.
