I have had a lot of renovations done to my house over the past 22 years and Octavio and his team stand out for their quality work and service. I took my time finding the materials I wanted and never felt rushed. The job had lots of odd angles and complicated surfaces to work around and none of this phased them. I've shown off the siding to friends and they are all impressed. It isn't a job I was excited about, but the choices I made to change the colours and appearance from the old siding...and Octavio's professional quality work and service to help me understand what was possible is what has me thrilled with the final outcome now. I thought it was a steep price to pay until I saw the amount of professional detailed work was involved. Worth the cost. Huge upgrade to the house.

Octavio and his crew did a great job on another siding, eaves and window/doorway capping project for me. Their work looks good and they always make sure it's done right. Highly recommend. I'll continue to use them in the future.

We have an old, skinny downtown Toronto house which is <12 inches on one side and ~24 on the other from our neighbours; a house that was clad in insulbrick installed perhaps around the 50s. The house was a disaster until Octavio and his fantastic crew removed, insulated and replaced the siding and then moved to the front to clean up and replace the sofit, fascia and gable. The quality of work was phenomenal: Octavio is a visionary and he and his crew are so professional, courteous, polite, and kind. The site was cleaned up every day, photos were taken to show progress, they worked in the worst of weather without complaint... I am so happy with the transformation of my house and would recommend Octavio and his company happily to everyone.

Octavio assessed my problem in an open and transparent way, he offered me a quote to solve the problem that was 1/6th cost of a previous estimate. Within a few days the work was scheduled and completed. The work was completed with care and quality, for the agreed price. The worksite was cleaned as though they were never there. As a tradesperson my whole life, I was very satisfied with every aspect of the project. Fully recommend.

Highly recommend Octavio and his crew. We hired him to remove and replace some existing siding that had deteriorated. He also replaced our soffits, fascia and eavestrough. They did a great job, very professional.

Octavio and the All Pro Metals team were super professional and helpful in every aspect of the project. We needed 3 sides of our 2.5 storey detached victorian house resided (+ new insulation), as it was covered in insulbrick (paper tar siding from the 1940s). From materials selection, scheduling, and the actual work itself, the experience was impeccable. Octavio and his crew went above and beyond, repairing some unexpected eaves damage done by a recent chimney removal. The job site was left impeccably clean at the end of each day.
