Replacing insulbrick, fascia, soffit and gable with siding
We have an old, skinny downtown Toronto house which is <12 inches on one side and ~24 on the other from our neighbours; a house that was clad in insulbrick installed perhaps around the 50s. The house was a disaster until Octavio and his fantastic crew removed, insulated and replaced the siding and then moved to the front to clean up and replace the sofit, fascia and gable. The quality of work was phenomenal: Octavio is a visionary and he and his crew are so professional, courteous, polite, and kind. The site was cleaned up every day, photos were taken to show progress, they worked in the worst of weather without complaint... I am so happy with the transformation of my house and would recommend Octavio and his company happily to everyone.
