Ceiling Fan in Basement & Exterior Light Replaced

Cory installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom in the basement.
Two other contractors said it could not be done for various reasons. I was ready to give up on the project. Cory assessed the situation and installed the fan quickly and efficiently.
He also replaced an exterior light fixture.
