This was our first significant renovation, Shawn worked with us to develop the design and the structural plans for a large renovation of our 3 story Victorian home in downtown Toronto. His structural drawings submitted to the city were promptly approved. He guided us through the permit process and overseen the contractors during the construction work to ensure the work quality and their work is according to the plans.
