Good product. Had previous windows and sliding doors purchased from them and 4 years later, no problems.
Very friendly and they spend the time to make sure you get what you want.
Installation is quick and clean doing a complete job including inside trim and clean up.

Ordered a new full clear glass back entrance door, quality of door is top notch. Installers were very skilled and accommodating with our requests.

Saw the crew performing a big front window install down the street and stopped to get their phone number. Yes, I had couple of other quotes too however one estimator mentioned his installer will tell if/what they would do, the other was not supplying the window style we preferred. GTA W&D estimator (Alex) for comparison was knowledgeable, even suggested which windows need work which don't. We decided what we want and agreed the work to proceed. Now when all's done I can say going with GTA W&D was a great decision. Everything they installed looks goid quality, neat and professionally done. Highly recommended.

Alex and his team retrofitted our exterior French doors on three floors. The original wood doors were failing and not providing a proper seal against water and snow. After extensive research I decided on GTA Direct because their quote was reasonable, their timeline expeditious and their customer care exemplary. The installation team did a great job of installing a new frame for the new doors in an existing opening and ensured a tight seal against the elements. Care was taken with our home during the process through use of canvas drop cloths to protect floors and stairs. While there were some scratches to our floor and interior doorframe from the removal of existing retractable screens, these were able to be camouflaged with wood filler. The levelling and caulking of the doors was done professionally. From the beginning to the end of the project, communication with Alex (owner) was always timely and helpful. Overall, I’m am very pleased with the quality of the product and service. I would definitely recommend this company.

It’s our second house that GTA Direct windows completely transformed the look of our house by getting us our beautiful front door. it’s amazing how quickly and effortlessly these guys install an 8 foot double front door. It was done with great attention to details down to the last finishing touches.

Couldn’t be happier with my beautiful Fibreglass wood look front door and patio French doors. The doors were delivered on time and in perfect condition. The installers were excellent taking their time to adjust the doors and seal them properly. They also cleaned everything up and I wasn’t able to tell they had been here except for my new doors.
