I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received from Nick. From day one, he always returned my calls/texts right away and when he said he would call, he did. Any competent HVAC technician can install an air conditioner, but Nick goes above and beyond where customer service is concerned. He is personable and caring. That being said, he is extremely knowledgeable about his products and how they function. I would highly recommend Nick.

Nick and his team helped me out on the Friday before a long weekend when our 15+ year old A/C went off into the sunset. After some very clear communication on the phone, Nick had secured a replacement unit and booked me in for that Sunday (again, long weekend!).

The team was very thorough and explained all items for me throughout the troubleshooting and replacement process. I am impressed with the guarantees and warranty too, given the fair price.

I was given Interior Climate Solution name when I was going to install central air at my cottage and from the first contact with them to planning the job to installation of the equipment was very professional and well done at what I would consider a very reasonable price.

Nick from Interior Climate Solutions provided a gas install for an outdoor fireplace. He identified and corrected a number of things that were done by a previous company which were incorrect and not to code. This included protecting the gas line through the house foundation and installing a metal guard to the exposed line. He glued the underground pvc pipe and adding end caps. He then added a tracing wire and finished off by providing a leak test and adding the appropriate gas fitter tag. If you are considering any HVAC and or natural gas related work Nick is the right person for the job. He was friendly, fast, knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He also followed Covid-19 protocols and made sure to socially distance while here. We would use him again and recommend him in a heartbeat!

The guys were great, very professional and did really clean work. They even installed a new thermostat for me at no extra charge. I am very happy with the work from Interior Climate solutions and would highly recommend them.

I had called Nick on a Sunday and he was at my place the same day to diagnose the issue. He got the parts needed on Monday and had fixed our furnace. Communication was great, he took the time to explain everything and the cost was reasonable. Happy to use him again in the futute.

Nick from Interior Climate Solutions was a great help to getting our backyard natural gas hook up ready for a new BBQ and new fire pit. As new home owners, we weren't sure how to navigate the options and decisions we needed to make about what type of appliances to get, how to install them, and what sorts of considerations we needed to make before deciding. Nick installed a second valve on the natural gas line so we could run two appliances simultaneously and he also installed an extended hose on the fire pit so we have flexibility in moving it around the deck.
Nick was friendly and helpful - and never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question! We will definitely be calling Nick again with any of our gas or heating/cooling needs as we settle into our new house.

Nick was recommended to me by one of my neighbors. Called him in early in the morning Feb 1. He came around noon and fixed my furnace quickly. He took the time to explain me clearly what he was planning to do and how it was fixed. He also answered other questions I had and reminded me it was very important to change filter myself regularly.
