Fantastic quality of work and customer service
Nick and his team did a wonderful job on our A/C/heat in our home.
From the get-go, his first house visit was thorough, and he talked us through every possibility with no pressure. His estimate was fair and reasonable; he thoroughly explained all the options and showed us example images, and there were no surprises.
When it came time to do the job, he was incredibly careful with his work, and respectful of our home, schedule, and pet. His and his team's work was tidy, efficient, careful, and complete. Not only that, but he went above and beyond to ensure our lives were minimally disrupted by the work (tip-toeing around during our work-from-home Zoom calls!), and leaving everything clean and in perfect working order.
Even beyond that, Nick expressed great care and concern that our satisfaction was his goal, so he would not rest until he was assured that we were happy with every detail, and came back promptly to finesse the few bits we wanted changed.
On top of all that, he was a very pleasant and easy fellow to communicate with. I'd recommend him wholeheartedly, and would definitely use his services again if another job comes up in our home.
