Jake was right on time and a very pleasant young man. He did the repair in a very short time. Double-checked that the appliance is working fine before leaving. Will definitely recommend.

Jake came on time and checked everything out which took two hours and was complicated. Got things working again. Other appliance repair people I've had would have told me to replace the control board for $600, but not Jake....thanks Maydone

Very accommodating with scheduling the repair time. Arrived on time as we agreed on. Professionally did the work and charged me exactly as I was quoted earlier both for the parts and for labor.

The handy man Maydone sent was late by 4 hours and did not phone. Thus the 8 star rating otherwise if on time would have given a 10 star rating. Did a good job replacing my window sill. Would recommend them.

Came late after hours from far, and found the problem was not the dryer but my vent hood! Could have tricked me but was honest and fair. Fast diagnosis with no nonesense.

I contacted Maydone Appliance Repair to have them look at my dishwasher and gas stove. They quoted me $80 per appliance, and that's what I paid.

They didn't tell me that they were sending a separate repair person to take care of the gas. Having never had a gas stove before, I didn't know that it requires a separate person. That would have been nice to know, but the person they sent seemed very knowledgeable and had a look at my dishwasher while we waited for Alex to arrive.

When Alex arrived, he was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time looking at my dishwasher. (The stove was already a write off.) Once we realized the dishwasher was also probably dead, he had a quick look at my dryer and talked to me about the issues I was having, gave me a quick diagnosis, and told me how to fix it myself.

I would definitely hire this company again, and plan to have them come and help me install my new appliances when they arrive later this month.

Alex was on time and honest. I would recommend them for sure.
They proposed options. One part was too expensive to change so they advise it didn't make sense before ordering.

One of our sensors on the washing machine broke and Maydone repair was prompt, efficient and got the job done. They even provided a 6 month warranty on the labour and parts. I am quite satisfied.
