Maydone Appliance Repair

This is the second time I have used Maydone. Very knowledgeable, on time, polite and honest. I would not hesitate to use them again.

When gas dryer broke In my family of five quick repair was what I was looking for. Maydone repair team was very humble, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Their professionalism albeit very reasonable charge was much appreciated. If you need any appliances repair please contact maydone team.

My refrigerator freezer stopped working. Called and a repair man came the next day when he said he would. Unfortunately the cost for my freezer to be fixed was high so wasn’t worth fixing. I appreciate that he was honest and didn’t try and sell me an expensive repair . I would definitely use Maydone again and recommend them.

Frequent banging problem when washer is in use. Call to repair centre was promptly answered and repair scheduled. Technician was courteous and went on with business immediately. Parts had to be ordered and came at a reasonable timeline. Repair completed. The noise is still there but less frequent as before. Overall good service. Thank you.

Great experience with Maydone Appliance Repair! Our fridge was making a terrible sound and was filled with ice. Maydone sent a technician out within 2 hours of our call and the job was done that day - very impressed with the timeliness of this service. Would recommend to anyone!

Warranty repair for my oven. Called me first and then ordered parts. Quick and efficient. Very polite and fast.

Paid approx. 1/2 for labor and rest for part. Receipt for part was left in the box and showed that actual cost was 1/4 of what was charged to me. I suppose all companies put their share in for the convenience of ordering the part through them for additional peace of mind to have their 90 day warranty.

Overall, I am satisfied with the job done. If it wasn't for the price factor, they would have earned 10 stars from me, but I understand that they are in business as well and need to earn in order to maintain a good quality of service.

Technician was professional and able to identify the problem correctly the first time and job was completed within 7 days from diagnosis, part delivery et al, therefore, I would consider that very efficient.

I would still consider going back to them as there are a lot of con artists out there. At least you have the peace of mind of dealing with a good company as opposed to individuals.

They were very responsive and were able to quickly make the repairs on the washer/dryer unit.
