After attempting to correct an electrical issue myself, I called Yobert around 10:00am regarding an issue we were having with the outlets in one of our bedrooms. By 11:45 he had arrived, diagnosed the problem (old, failing outlet in another room, never would have figured it out myself) and corrected the issue. He explained everything he was doing as he was going along (interesting for an electrical rookie like me) and completely resolved our issue. Thank you.
