Home renovations - kitchen and entire main floor and basement
Uniq totally designed and renovated the main floor of our home 7 yrs ago which required the removal of two bearing walls, a full kitchen reno and the installation of built ins in the family room and new hardwood throughout. The work was completed on budget, on schedule and was high quality. All trades were thorough and competent. All required permits were obtained by Uniq. We followed this up with an upgrade to three rooms in our basement level. Design details were recommended by Uniq and have completely refreshed and given our basement a brighter basement area. Popcorn ceilings were removed and replaced with flat drywall c/w pot lights throughout. Again, the work was completed on schedule, on cost and of high quality.
