Extel Gas

I was referred to Extel Gas by a friend and this was the best referral I ever got! Raz is incredible, a true professional that you can trust to get the job done right, at a great price! Raz was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always prompt, professional and incredibly helpful with all our questions many of which were well outside the scope of what we were hiring him to do.

When it finally came time to replace my old boiler, I contacted a variety of companies big and small. But the moment I met Raz, I knew my search was over. He took the time to carefully review the complexities of replacing a 40+ year old boiler in a 120+ year old home and was thoughtful of optimal placement and configuration. As with all big projects in old home, complications always arise, and this turned out to be a much bigger job than any of us expected. The initial job took two full days, exactly what Raz said it would. Shortly after completing the install, one of our old rads started leaking. I called Raz in a panic and he dropped everything and was at our house within an hour. Raz worked tirelessly to get the job done as quickly as possible, without compromising quality, and while holding to his original quote.

We chose to replace both our boiler and hot water tank with a Rinnai combi boiler, and we took the opportunity to we reconfigure the old pipes to reclaim some space that would have otherwise been unusable. When I had broached the subject of moving pipes with other companies, they priced it so ridiculously high that it was clear that they didnt want to do the job, but Raz was more than willing take on the big project and, best of all, at a very reasonable price. He even installed a new laundry sink for me!
