He Digs She Blooms

Booked this company in the fall as they promised it would be cheaper and everything was on sale (not true). Provided a drawing and plan which included brickwork and gardens (no gardens provided) and demanded a 50% deposit upfront. Started work and changed the plan and increased the invoice shortly into project. Many excuses provided. Didn't actually own any equipment nor a vehicle to transport materials. Told project was finished and came home to find it was not. When asked them to finish project they said they ran out of materials. I had to buy additional materials for the project to be completed properly. Constantly demanding last 50% as he couldn't afford to buy materials and constantly whined that he wasn't being paid enough for his labour. No gardens were provided and when asked to make room for gardens they dumped all the garbage and cement sand into area that was supposed to be for plants. Made them remove this and later found all this and other garbage hidden along the side of my home. Also, used existing bricks of my own in their project. Said they would be back in 2 weeks to check on things. Asked for them to return where he complained that he injured his knee and would not be able to attend. Over 6 months later and I'm being told they are not returning because I didn't follow the plan they provided therefore it was my fault. This company is not to be trusted at all.
