I had a few cracks in my foundation which was already repaired once by the builder. The first contractor repaired the cracks from the inside by injecting epoxy. Eventually the water started to leak from the same cracks again. I decided to contact L and L through a referral to have them take a look. They were able to identify the issue and provide an explanation right from the beginning. They also identify additional cracks and explained how the repair should be done. I had another contractor evaluate the same cracks but was charging less but taking shortcuts. I decided to choose L and L because they were honest and professional from the beginning to the end. The job was started on time and completed in less than a working day. The repair was done early April and we had a few heavy downpours since with no issues. Another note to make that during the inspection COVID guidelines were followed . I would definitely hire L and L again.

I received a call from Levin who informed me that the foreman would be calling to come do a pre walk though. George was the foreman and him and his crew arrived early and did a through job. A crack in my home's foundation caused me to call L and L Contracting. I spoke with the owner, Levin, and told him that every time it rained, water and soil seeped into my basement. Levin agreed to a no-charge inspection and was very accommodating in choosing a day and time that fit my busy schedule. He arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection, explained in detail the process involved in sealing the crack, answered my questions, and provided a written quotation.

When I called to accept the quotation, Levin provided me with a day upon which, weather permitting, the work would be performed. He did not require a deposit, but he did offer a 30-year warranty. Levin arrived on the day he said he would, and was on-site for the duration of the project. He sent me pictures at each stage, and he even had my wife come out periodically to observe the work being done.

L and L Contracting did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would do it. Since the completion of the job, no water or soil has seeped into my basement.
