They responded almost instantly to my request through Homestars, arrived at the house within a couple of hours and 2 days later - once we knew there wouldn't be another rainstorm, they showed up to replace an old shingled roof. They did the job quickly and professionally and perhaps most importantly, kept the place around the house clean as they were working and cleaned thoroughly after they finished. Very happy with the process and the result.
