Their quote was bang on. they showed up on time with all their supplies and did a wonderful job cleaning my home top to bottom. Got rid of a ton of drywall dust after a major six month reno. The home looked and smelled beautiful when we came home. Highly recommend this company.

Exin Contracting did an excellent job of cleaning my 850 sq ft condo to prepare for new tenants. This is the second time I have used them. To some, they may seem a bit pricey but they are absolute professionals and I couldn’t afford not to have the job done right. They will give you a quote first - I thought it was very reasonable and it was worth every penny. You can opt for them not to cover certain things like windows or inside appliances, and that will reduce the cost. Very friendly, reliable and efficient service.
