The service they did was great, the before and after pictures made it clear how good of a job they did. They thoroughly explained everything they did, and the add-ons that they explained were reasonable. They didn't try to push me to include every single add-on, and gave a recommendation to buy Costco brand filters for my furnace moving forward. I could tell this recommendation was genuine because they weren't trying to upsell me anything, and seemed to want to ensure I kept my furnace clean.

I'm deducting stars because they didn't clean up their mess. There were large particles left in many places, and the junk they pulled out of my vents (e.g., pretzels, screws, bits of paper) were left on the floor beside the vent in several places (kitchen, bedrooms).

My main concern though is that they left both the side door and the front door of my house open. Not unlocked - open. I noticed they left the side door open when they left because I was leaving at the same time as them, so I thought they left it open for me to be polite. However, when I got home I saw that my front door had also been left open, which is of course a huge safety concern.
