Horrible service and consistent in customer service
A repair to my countertop resulted in the inexperienced installer damaging adjacent cabinetry. He did not prep the area to protect the cabinetry at all. If I hadn't brought it to his attention he would have left without mentioning it to me. Even worse than that is that Jesse, Mary and Renato (owner) ALL continue to IGNORE MY NUMEROUS EMAILS. Sometimes admitting fault goes a long way but hey, not everyone knows how to display professionalism. AND the best part is that I work in the industry and sell their product. So if they don't care about ME, will they care about anyone else? I've given many opportunities for months to respond back, so have no choice but to resort to homestars so others wont have to experience what I have.
