I worked with Altin 3 months ago during the construction of our bubble tea shop. The space was previously an office, so to turn it into a restaurant required a lot of plumbing work to make water supply, drainage, kitchen sinks and a number of equipment work properly according to the Ontario Building Code. We only have good things to say about Altin. Even before signing him up with the project, Altin has been so gracious and professional during the consultation and estimation period and didn’t mind coming to the site a few times before we finalized. Apart from being very professional, Altin took his time to explain things to me whenever I have plumbing questions and I never felt hurried whatsoever - he even drew a diagram to make it easier to understand. He also happens to be a very nice guy and very chill. He’s also very knowledgeable in his trade, reliable and always on time.

Altin takes pride in the quality of his work. One can tell (I can tell), looking at his work that he does it with great care and dedication like an artist would to his art. That is why we passed all three stages of the city inspection with flying colours - the inspector didn’t find any fault at all. Which helped save time and money. He was always there during each inspection and answered all the questions from the inspector. He even tackled a tricky pipe installation due to structural constraints where the dishwasher drain pipe goes up into the ceiling and back to the floor again and down into the drainage. It may sound easy but it involved more technical knowledge to make that set up work. That was the part that had the most questions asked by the inspector, but Altin satisfied all the requirements and made it work.

Above all the good things mentioned about Altin, the thing that impressed me even more is how he went out of his way to do something that was outside the scope of his work just so we can finish the project on time.

Altin is definitely 10 out of 10, and just like all the other happy customers who left their reviews I very highly recommend Altin.
