Carmana Home Improvements

We had a complete bathroom reno completed in May 2021. We chose Carmana because of the wonderful reviews and our preference to choose a local business in our community. Our bathroom is beautiful!!
I would have to say that based on other reviews we had the same experience. We had delays to our project because of the pandemic. Paul was very good to keep the flow of information going on a daily basis. Other jobs in the house also came up so we had added to their list and Paul & team happily took care of those in between jobs before the project was completed.

This was, bar none, the best company to deal with. From start to finish, Paul and his co-workers were the best. If I had questions, they were answered promptly and completely. Unlike other companies I’ve dealt with, they treat you as one of their partners. All the workers are professional, knowledgeable, timely, and extremely tidy. Great experience - I highly recommend them!

Paul and his team completed our project on time and efficiently, at a reasonable rate. They were very helpful and considerate, taking care to cover floors and attend to everything we requested. They even provided us with completion of an extra project which we very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carmana Home Improvements for all home renovations .

We pretty much had a complete update of our home 1800 square feet and built in 1993. Main bath, removed bath tub, changed to walk in shower, on suite, removed a pre fab shower and changed to tiled custom shower. Both bathrooms done with new toilets, faucets, tiled flooring, tiled showers and new counter tops. Prepared kitchen by removing all old appliances, and changed cupboards around to make room for new appliances. New counter tops in kitchen. Kitchen back splash removed and new back splash installed. All old flooring removed. Hardwood flooring in family room, kitchen, living room and hallway. New carpet in all bedrooms. All inside walls and trim painted. New front door installed and plumbing completely redone. TV niche (hole in wall) over fire place dry-walled and painted. We love our home and could not have found a better contractor. Paul and his team completed this renovation while we lived in the home. Anyone that has lived through a reno knows it can be a bit trying. They made sure our home was clean and comfortable for us to live in throughout the whole time. We really enjoyed Paul and his team, and we highly recommend them.

The installers, Brayden and Joe, completed the job on schedule and on budget, but more importantly, they did beautiful work with our Kitchen and Bathroom glass mosaic tile and quartz niche installations. They were easy to work with and made helpful suggestions on design and grout colour options.

With so many individual trades working in our home, I appreciated their use of cover protection as they worked. They did clean work. (As we found out... not all installers are as conscious with their surroundings... better to get the guys who take the time and care!)
