Reza is an amazing fellow. I messaged him looking for assistance, as I had serious bad experience with another plumber from HomeStars.
In comparison the other plumber was not interested in responding to my request of service.

But Reza, he was prompt, responded right away, called to get a better understanding and booked an appointment to get my water line fixed the next day. He squeezed me in between his other clients just to have my matter resolved (which I was waiting from the other plumber for almost a month).

I am happy to say Reza workmanship was also very impressive. I am not good with tools but know my way around things.

He did exactly what I asked and also made sure the water line was neatly mounted and not drooping from the ceiling in the basement (which was done by previous plumber). Happy to see it resolved.

We had a minor emergency, but tricky job. Reza answered immediately and came the next morning. Provided a clear estimate based on a photo i sent.

Job was done super quick, would recommend Reza.

Reza is a very unprofessional plumber. Does not want to take responsibility for his mistakes. He left a pipe open without glue and we had a huge leak. when called him, he tried to find excuses for why he is not responsible and blocked my number. we had another licensed plumber come in and fix the issue. this new plumber said that Reza installed not according to code and was very amateur. stay away.

Reza did a great job changing our bathroom fan. He was also kind enough to repair our bathroom sink that he noticed was clogged, free of charge. Would highly recommend!

Just a tremendous job, initiated within two hours of first inquiry and taking most of the next two days, working around other jobs and with three or four separate trips for supplies...kitchen faucet repair, plus two shutoff valves AND the drain...added to that complete replacement of outside hose fixture, plus repaired attached inside break in copper line, and also handled small repair on toilet...highly courteous and just a pleasure to deal with...
