We had a fantastic experience with Oaks from start to finish, and two other neighbours on our street did projects with them as well after ours completed. Tim and Yurii were always responsive from the design phase through construction and after. I appreciated that Tim gave me options at different price points and even advised a less expensive option when he thought that installing heated steps was not worth the cost. Their team has such pride in their work, and was onsite for 12+ hours on some days. They were committed to our satisfaction and sent multiple concrete subcontractors to try to get our retaining wall as we had envisioned. When after completing the project, I told Yurii that one of the yews looked like it was dying, he immediately said they would replace and replant it if necessary. We are planning to have them do our backyard project next.
