Right from the start, Ramez provided detailed cost estimates for the renovations, which gave me confidence that he understood the scope of work and related costs for the project.

During the renovation, Ramez kept me informed about the challenges, progress, and potential scope additions. Ramez was totally committed to completing this project successfully, as he would sometimes drive from Swan Hills into Edmonton to pickup materials and then drive back to Swan Hills in the same day, to ensure his crew had the required materials to continue working.

Also, Ramez takes responsibility for any mistakes that his crew makes by making things right for the owner. For example, Ramez's crew was working on applying new laminate sheets to the existing countertops and the new laminate sheets were not sticking properly. Ramez stepped up and ordered 24 new countertops for the building at his own cost to make things right!!

Overall, Ramez provided great value for the cost of the workmanship and quality of the work completed. I highly recommend Ramez for any type of residential or commercial renovation work.
