Kosta and Ageless Hardwood Flooring exceeded my expectations in every way for my stair refurbishment job. He provided a ballpark quote the day I contacted him. He came and measured my stairs on a weekend. And then provided a written quote two days later.
Kosta reinforced my creaky old 110-year old stairs, and applied new treads, risers and created a new banister. When he realized my banister cap design would create a potential hazard, he came up with a solution that matched the décor style of my house.
He came when he said he would, finished the job when he said he would, and communicated the process very clearly. My stairs are beautiful and are as solid as bedrock.
