Never again in my lifetime would I hire or recommend this cleaning service. I’ve never been so disappointed. I had asked very little of these people and was still left with grime around the tub. Not visible but could still feel it. Balls of pet hair wasn’t vacuumed. I almost asked them to leave when I seen just how filthy her mop was. I don’t care to have someone else’s dirt brought into our home. I was absolutely disgusted for lack of better words. I DO NOT WHATSOEVER RECOMMEND THIS GOD AWFUL “CLEANING SERVICE “

Margaret and team went beyond required and extra to get our house cleaned out within hours. All work was thorough and highly professional. I highly recommend Margaret for cleaning services.

No one can clean as well and as fast as Margaret can. I like how organized she is and runs her business welll.
I like when I walk in some small things that I couldn’t figure out have been re arranged nicely and / or repaired. Love Margaret and her workers!

I contacted Margaret to book a home cleaning, with the hopes to schedule a regular cleaning going forward. I had tried a few other companies and when I told Margaret we was a trial run, I loved her confidence on the phone. "You will love us" she told me - and she was right!
She and her team were very professional, asked me a bunch of useful questions before getting to work, and left my home a glimmering palace! I was left with a weight off my shoulders and my day ahead to get so many other things done.
I have already booked more appointments with her and I think my search for regular service has ended.

In addition to being great at their jobs, Margaret's team was pleasant and personable. I really appreciated that, as I'm a chatty person myself!

Margaret cleaning services is amazing!! She has been coming to my house every other week for a few months now, and the service has been great!! Both her and her team are very professional and always ask what needs to be prioritized in the house!

Horrible service. Rather than paing attention to detail, Margaret herself did not seem one bit interested in my needs. She spent more time on her phone leaving her workers to complete her work. My counter tops were all streaky and the floors I had to redo because they looked worse than before. Highly NOT recommended. She also seemed distracted from the job in which she was hired for. Never again!!

The ladies Danielle and Gina came about 10 minutes before the time and started preparing. But They could not finish the cleaning of my house due to bad management. Basically, I originally got booked for 4 hours, but I confirmed with Margaret, if they can extend the time if 4 hours is not enough, and she said it's hourly based, so I can take whatever It needs to get the work done. However, Danielle and Gina was told my house only booked for 3 hours, and they got booked for another job after mine, so during the cleaning, they were trying to communicate with the company, but they could only get 2 extra hours to do my house, and they had to leave my house without finishing cleaning. Would not recommend this company and will not use them for a second time.

Finished a renovation and needed the entire home to be cleaned, a lot of paint needed to be removed and extra cleaning was required to get the house ready for a sale, Margaret and her team came in with short notice and worked miracles, I was so shocked and amazed how the home looked when they finished, without their cleaning services we would not have been able to sell the property and show its true potential. Thank you from the JJRealty Team, we will be using your service again very soon. I was very satisfied and gave Margaret a tip for her hard work. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again for any future cleaning services.

Margaret does an amazing, thorough clean and wants to make sure you’re happy with her service. I love coming home to a house that is sparkling clean and smells so wonderful!
