Paul and his team did 2 full renovations of both of our outdated bathrooms, and exceeded our expectations. When it comes to contractors, Paul breaks the mould! He was prompt and always showed up on time or called if he was going to be late. He returned calls, listened to our concerns and addressed everything professionally on time and with no surprises in the final budget. He managed all the additional subcontractors and everything went smoothly and each bathroom was done within about a month. His expertise in tiling helped when we asked for a lot of detailed work laying herringbone patterned tile in both bathrooms - the intricate work and attention to detail was perfect and exceeded our expectations, and his Gramps is as strong as an ox too! Even when one tile started to come loose over a year later, Paul was back to take care of it at no cost to us. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.
