Professional and Informative

Mohammad, assessed the load bearing walls in my 100 year old house in preparation for my bathroom renovation. He was very clear on price and process beforehand, which I appreciated. He was informative during the assessment and prepared the drawings in a timely fashion. I recommend working with Sauzteq Engineering!

Mohammad responded to me quickly and professionally. Within a couple weeks he came to our home, did his work and provided the final drawings. He was very helpful is assisting us with our project. His engineering fees are also very reasonable.

Excellent Work

We had a great Structural Engineer come to our house. He was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. It was a lengthy, 2+ hour visit which was very comforting. He has provided a very detailed, floorplan of the entire house, more than just the specific area we queried about.
