Mohammad has done a great job on our project. He made complete design of the building including modification of the existing structure and worked with the town for permit approvals before, during and after construction. He was prompt in providing the drawings and visiting the site when required. He had great ideas in providing solutions to resolve existing structural issues.

We met Mohammad back in the Spring of 2018. We were looking for a structural engineer in Mississauga and Mohammad was able to come to our house the same day. He was able to deliver the engineering drawings ahead of time and we were happy with the result. I would totally recommend Mohammad for any future engineering work.

I wanted to make the main floor of our home open concept and in order to achieve that I had to remove a load bearing wall. I had contacted a few firms who either didn't get back to me or wanted me to provide pictures, measurements, details etc... and were not able to do the job in a timely manner. One of the firms I contacted was Sauzteq and the next day an engineer by the name of Mohammed came and took all the measurements and discussed all possible options. Within the week he had the plans ready, stamped, and I was able to submit for the permit. Because this was a smaller project I had the feeling that other firms didn't wan't to waste their time on it, which is probably why some didn't get back to me and others wanted me to do some leg work so they could better gauge if they wanted the job or not. As we were installing the steel beam I needed to contact Mohammed a couple of times with questions and every time I called he picked up his phone and was able to clarify - excellent client service. I highly recommend this company.
