House Renovation - complete gut job
Yi and his team were referred to me through a friend. It was a huge renovation undertaking as the scope involved a complete gut job of the house from top to bottom. I am glad this project was given to Yi and his team as they completed the project in a timely manner and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. These days you hear too many stories of bad and dishonest contractors and unfortunately I have experienced it myself. With Yi and his team, I felt at ease and knew the project was in good hands right from the get go. A project of such magnitude, you need a team that is communicative, professional, trustworthy and working together with mutual respect. Yi's team scored 110% in all the above categories.
Yi provided me a realistic schedule to finish this project, from the initial onsite visit to the final walk-through including passing all stages of inspections. Throughout the renovation, Yi displayed excellent communication, organization, coordination, time management and problem solving skills of which are all vital to the success of a renovation project. I am very happy with the results of the renovation. Yi and his team did an exceptional and beautiful job!
