Job started oct 3 2018. Installer smashed out old windows removed frame. Glass all over. Needed 3 people to force new unit in. Door would not fit right so he screwed door shut. remained that way till JAN 17 2019. phoned BBB complaint 1386948 jan 10 . It helped speed up process. Cold day when door worked on, they didn't reinstall it they just put screws in the side lite wood etc, to make it fit, broke transom glass. waited weeks for new glass. Then it got warm, door would not latch or fit without hitting frame. Transom glass poorly installed needed caulking. final payment demands etc last visit oct 9 2019. He left a souvenir a broken exacto blade on driveway.

Replaced all my windows last May and just finished installation of our front double door and top porch door. Windows and doors looks great, this summer saved a lot from A/C only used it during night time. Excited to try our windows this winter. Very nice young man , came to fix sliding door handle that would not lock , it was fixed and locking again in no time. I mentioned we were having problems with the front door too, so he had a look at it and fixed it too. Thank You for the service .
