Nordik Windows And Doors

We got a new front door which we liked so much we went back and got a new patio door. The salesperson (Mark) was very knowledgeable and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Both installations went without any issues. We are very happy.

Although I had experienced some unexpected delays because of mix up in the measurements and then CoVID 19 came in which prolong the delays, I will not focus on the negative side of things. Since Jeff took over my order, every steps from Manufacturing of the Door to final installation went very smooth. Special thanks to Jeff

On the positive side, both Milos & Bojan came over today Jun 15th to install a new front Black Double Door. Man, these two installers are really true gentlemen - very professional, very efficient, friendly, informative and they demonstrated great respect for our home and property. The installation is perfect, everything was done in a professional manner and very clean. There is absolutely nothing I could suggest for these two gentlemen for improvements. The extra care they took in cleaning up during and after the install was very appreciated. I hope they are the ones that will return for the back windows that are coming soon.

PS: Jeff, just a gentle reminder to not forget about the missing  Three white vynil strips for inside to cover unfinished sections that connects doors to sides and top glass.

Sales person was knowledgeable and no pressure to buy.
Installers were professional and executed the instal flawlessly.
There are cheaper doors out there but with Nordik you get the quality you pay for.
Nordik doors are recommended.

We replaced an 100 year old oak door with an aluminum screen door with a Nordik door. Neighbours come to the porch to comment on the door. Also replaced my bedroom window. Love the double hung feature where I can open the top and the lower part of the window. Installers were skilled and careful! Great experience and am purchasing more windows.

One of my windows after cleaning did not lock in place which I had not realized. It came crashing down on me a couple of days later. I called Northern Comfort to come and take a look at it. Ian was at my house within 5 hrs to fix the window at no charge! Thanks Ian and Northern Comfort!

Salesman (Barry) understood their products very well. He arrived at the house on time. Answered all our questions very satisfactorily. Installers arrived on time fully equipped to do the installation. They were very quiet and efficient. They cleaned after they were done. They left the site completely clean. We were very pleased with them. We are very pleased with the appearance and operation of the door.

We wanted to change our bedroom windows. We were novices in this since we purchased the house recently. Contacted multiple suppliers. Fixed an appointment with Nordik. Chris came to our house and explained about what one should look for in windows and showed us various models. He was very patient with us and took us through the procedures. Never pressurized, no hard sales. Offered us a good deal and we took it. Someone came and did the measurements and on the fixed day, the installation was done. Work went very smoothly. Thank goodness it did, because the next week, the lockdown started. All in all, a satisfactory job .

Window quality exceeded my expectations. Beautiful. Fast delivery and install. Alexi and Zoro were polite and tidy. Will be getting many compliments on these - so much more light coming in thanks to minimal frame.
