Paid to have windows and siding cleaned. Team finished when it was twilight - team lead said that if there were any issues or if I was not 100% satisfied to email the company and they would get back to me right away. Next day I reviewed the work in the daylight - there were windows 1/2 cleaned, missed siding, and spider webs all over the house - emailed company with pictures - this was TWO weeks ago - followed up, and still no contact from the company. 100% satisfaction is NOT guaranteed by this company, and customer service or follow up is non-existent. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES JOB WHEN THEY KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR. HIRE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT HAS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Cleaner in area came to the door and asked if I would like my windows cleaned professionally. I had also done them myself but decided to give this a try. Was told (and also read on website) windows would be streak and spot free. That is not the case. Windows have so many spots on them they are no better than before. I actually called him back to redo a window. Employee also tracked lots of mud on my front step and my deck. He made no attempt to use the stepping stones in my pathway. Very disappointed with work done. I have emailed the company but of course have not received a response. Big surprise. Could have saved myself the money and done better myself.

Totally misunderstood the services that I was being provided. My Bad. Without hesitation Aisha and her team completed the job to my satisfaction at no extra charge. I wish I had more cash on hand cause Aisha and her team deserved it and more. Over The Top. Very Happy. Thank You Aisha.
