Vlad at Concord Appliances Repair was quick to respond to my service request and provided clear pricing upfront. I didn't feel rushed as I wanted to get a few more quotes before proceeding. All prices were comparable, so I decided to go with Vlad who was the first to respond. He was available the same day I called back. I would recommend and use again! (Also explained he recently decided to put this company up on HomeStars after working with many companies that also list on HomeStars - reason for not many reviews yet!)
