Fuad is an honest and knowledgeable repair man. He talked to me on the phone about the problem, was very good at explaining things every step of the way, and even gave me free sound advise about my dishwasher. He got the job done quickly and at a fair price and he was a very responsive communicator. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I posted I was looking for someone to repair my fridge and within 5 minutes Fuad contacted me. We met the next day and he looked at the fridge and took some pictures. He said he would contact me as he needed to order a part which would take about a week to get. He got the part in less than a week. He contacted me on a Wednesday and installed the part the same day. Fuad was very professional knew what he was doing and I liked the fact that he had a specialty in repairing fridges. He was in contact with me every step of the way. Loved his service and the fridge is working great. I will definitely be using him again if I need any other appliance repaired.

My washing machine was indicating an error code. Fuad understood the problem and fixed it accurately and efficiently. Considering my busy schedule, it is important that he is available at evenings and weekends. Fair and professional.
