They arrived on time. I had renovations in my house and they put some kind of protection on corners in order to avoid any damage to walls.
I got detailed explanations about each step. I could ask any questions and Michael answered with great patience. On top of his kindness ,he invited to participate in all steps of work to see what he was doing.
He left only good feelings and of course , my house is cleaned now.
