We needed a thorough clean at a rental house to ensure it would be sanitary for our move in. Bill at Master Kleen responded to our messages quickly, and was flexible in customizing their Deep-Clean service to fit our needs.
Bill and his team arrived on time, worked very hard and left no surface untouched. They didn't stop until the entire house was spotless! They even cleaned the outside of the front windows which wasn't on the list. All I have to do now is unpack into the clean cupboards and fill the cleaned fridge.

We needed to clean up the main level and basement of our new bungalow before moving in. I contacted several services recommended in HomeStars. Many didn't even answer. MasterKleen was the most responsive, scheduled my service quickly and answered all my questions by SMS. Because this was a one-time service I had some special requests that didn't apply to their regular service, and they were very flexible.
On the day of the service, they arrived 10 minutes early, brought their own tools and supplies and did an excellent job. The team is not only very professional, but also polite. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends!

I had a relatively large job for Bill. Just finished a massive renovation and the house was full of dust. It's a stacked townhouse with 4 floors and a total of 1600 sq ft. Bill price was exceptionally well price compared to the competition. He arrived on time and his price was firm on arrival. I walked him through the place and asked him to pay special attention to certain areas. Him and his partner cleaned the house in about 4 hours. At the time the place looked pretty good. I did notice a couple minor spots that needed a bit more attention but I'm sure if I had known about them and told Bill he would've dealt with it. The overall clean up and price were well worth the money and would definitely recommended them in the future.
