It was a joy working with Chris and his team. This is the first renovation that we have done in our home and working with Chris put us at ease. There was never a point where I felt uncomfortable with him doing the work. He explained everything before, during and end. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again for other jobs in our home.

Chris was extremely professional right from the start. He grasped our "vision" and created a beautiful space that was exactly what we pictured. He and Ross were non-intrusive in our home and completed the job in the time frame expected and with no cost adjustments. The products he sourced and provided are very well made. We contracted Chris to help us upgrade our large but out of date ensuite. He removed the old soaker tub and shower stall and helped us figure out how to redesign the space more efficiently. He used a creative 3D computer mock-up to help us visualize his ideas and, in the end, he installed a fantastic new walk-in shower space that is innovative, functional and also beautiful. Chris was wonderful to work with. He is pleasant and professional and very reliable in all ways. We were kept in the loop with regards to costs, materials and work scheduling. He listened, offered suggestions and attended to the smallest of details. It was a pleasure to do business with Chris and we highly recommend him no matter what the renovation requires. A true gem.

Installed accessibility shower in house and turned out amazing. Installer was very professional, cleaned up daily and excellent interaction with homeowners. Very pleased with the level of communication from start to finish and managing small changes when requested.

When the company started to project, there was no disappearing for several then coming back later to do a bit more. The finish before moving to the next. That we especially enjoyed. And when a problem cropped up, they came that to address it. Good customer service!

We had our main bathroom all redone with a large walk in shower and a shower put in one other bathroom.
Chris and his team gave us what we asked for after asking questions that I would not have thought to ask.
Chris makes sure that you get what you want. He is and excellent communicator.
His quote was on point and the product is high quality. Even when I was not sure of what I exactly wanted in some areas he gave ideas and reasons for them so I could make an informed decision. We will have
them back to do another job in the future.

Coast Bathing Solutions is a small CANADIAN company based in Delta but serving the Lower Mainland and some of Vancouver Island. they specialize in renovating bathrooms to make them more accessible and safer for older people or those with disabilities. They are very knowledgeable and can help you navigate through new government grant options. The best part is that they show up promptly to give a quote and do the work. They cleaned up every day and did great work with great products. In our case their price was the best and we had several quotes.
They fitted us in quickly because I had an operation scheduled for the next week. The work was completed in 3 days (another company had said 12 -12! ). They did not have to remove the toilet, crucial in a one bathroom condo. They removed our old tub and we are delighted with our new walk in shower stall. Skid free surface, 2 hand rails, a rain shower and a hand held one. A fold up seat. We are in heaven. Thanks Chris.

Made am oops on my last review. Price was 12,000 not 120,000. I love my new bathroom! Chris and Ross did a fantastic job. My bathroom was 30 years old. New everything. Loved Chris's ideas. He has an eye for detail and what would look great. Site was left clean every day. Chris was a stickler for detail. Everything was absolutely perfect. I am thrilled!

We were impressed with how well Chris really listened to what we wanted and was so accommodating in helping us make the best choices while fitting in with our budget. If we saw something that we thought we would like at a local store he would volunteer to meet us there.
Danny worked efficiently and was polite and friendly and Ross could set a good example to other tilers in the way he put it all together.
Coast Bathing Solutions has a policy of working at one job until it is finished and our estimated time was slightly ahead of schedule.
