I bought a house but didn’t realize the grout was chipping away. Water leaked through the wall for a long time before I figured it out. Then I tried to get someone to look into it off and on for months. I finally called Mike and he was able to squeeze me in 2 days later! Good thing because there was black mould happening. He was professional and friendly and it looks amazing. It was a bigger job than we thought because of the mould but I’m grateful to him for helping me out. He also brought his painter, Shane who patched and painted. I’m happy with the cost. I think it’s a fair price. I’ll hire Mike and Shane again.
