Elegant Bathrooms

This is the second time we have used Elegant Bathrooms for our renovation. As expected, their work was excellent, staff skilled and friendly and the result is everything we hoped for.

Patrick and his crew did a fantastic job with our bathrooms, on a very tight timeline. We were pretty particular, and they made sure all the details were right. Highly recommended.

The Elegant Bathrooms team is a full service renovation company and guides you along the entire process. We had our kitchen, powder room, laundry room and ensuite renovated by the Elegant Bathrooms. Patrick worked with us from our idea and design stage through completion. His team looks after organizing all the trade vendors required for our projects.

Working with the Elegant Bathrooms team is a positive experience even during difficult times. Our renovation was completed for over 6 months when we come home from a week away and noticed that the water connection to our fridge was leaking through our basement ceiling. We contacted Patrick about the issue and Roger came out the same day to assess the issue. The Elegant Bathrooms team repaired the damaged from the leak and fixed the fridge waterline all at their expense. The Elegant Bathrooms team work is detailed and always ensures youre happy with the final project.

We are very happy with the two bathrooms that were renovated by Elegant Bathrooms. We found the company to be honest, knowledgeable, and personable. We felt that they listened to what we wanted. They guided us to make good decisions when we were unsure. The quality of work was outstanding. They were kind, they worked hard and they made the renovation a positive experience. Thank you to William for his incredible tile work. The mirrors installed by Frank were beautiful. It was always a pleasure to deal with Patrick & Simone. A friend recommended we go to Elegant Bathrooms as the regular Hardware stores cannot provide the selection or service. We thought the specialty stores would be expensive. Its about the same price, but the service you get has no comparison. So happy with the selections we made, Betty made it easy. Everything in one place is so convenient!

The owner and his team of expert tradesmen did an excellent job - from start to finish in 9 days of non stop work. The superb detail, careful thought and planning was reflected in not only the finished product, but also in the process. They provided detailed invoices and pricing so there were no ugly surprises. While the work was in progress, his team cleaned as they worked so there was as little mess as possible. They have improved the safety and overall appearance of the bathroom and Im the envy of my family and friends!

They never made us feel rushed, provided their expert opinions where we needed it and made sure to give us the best pricing possible for the products we purchased(showing comparable products as it made sense for more savings). Everything came in a perfect, and timely manner, communicating along the way so that we wouldn't miss a beat with our bathroom renovation project. I would highly recommend!
