Outstanding customer service! We purchased a home with an existing steel roof and were having issues (the roof was not installed by Monarchy Roofing Inc). We called Monarchy Roofing to see if they can help us address the issue. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with, always keeping us updated on the repair schedule. Vlad, who came out and addressed the issue was very professional and you can tell he takes significant pride in his work. We have a number of properties, and we WILL be calling Monarchy Roofing for those properties. This is an amazing company who truly cares about their workmanship and customers. I would highly recommend them!

I decided to let Monarchy install my roof after reviewing several roofing companies. There was never a rush for any money and payment was only required when the job was done. The installers did a very tidy and professional looking job. I even encouraged my sister to get her roof done with Monarchy, even though a new roof was not in her immediate plans. She signed with Monarchy even before my roof was finished. That was how pleased she was with the job the installers were doing. I have no Cons about this job. It is 5 stars all the way. We had an excellent experience with Monarchy Roofing. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to get a metal roof call Monarchy first. Kevin came out to give me a quote and he was very informative and impressed on me the quality of the product he would be installing (by a Finnish manufacturer, Ruukki). His quote was the best and we set up a tentative time frame for the job, no false promises. As it turned out, our roof started leaking a month prior to our anticipated install, panicking, we called Kevin to see if there was anything he could do. He called us back 2 days later and said they would start the next day. That's great customer service and shows they care about their customers. The crew worked non-stop, i never saw them off the roof, the workmanship looks great, and they cleaned up when they left.
